I was having very irregular periods (18 days a month) - so I had to be checked out.
There was a brief time in... 9th grade, I think, when I was having my period that often. 17 days was the lowest count, I think. I remember bitching to my mom "I'm not supposed to be getting it EVERY TWO WEEKS!!!!" I absolutely hated it, but it only lasted a few cycles.
