1. Buffy: The Vampire Slayer
2. Farscape
3. Firefly

5. Inu-yasha
6. Trigun
7. Alias
8. Highlander: The Series
Funny thing: I haven't even watched Alias much. But I want to, if I can, cause the episodes I've seen, I've liked.
That's my dream list, though.
