mswyrr kindly uploaded the tv movie of Dr. Who for me. Yep, this is the 8th Doctor. I agree with her review of the movie---basically that it's worth watching cause the 8th Doctor is adorable, but the rest of the movie is kind of super-crappy.[8th] Dr. Who movie
