I've never seen The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, but I've seen the more recent film SLeepy Hollow, and I loved it. It had the same grey, rain-drenched atmoshpere that The Ring had. I don't typically own horror movies, but sometime I'm going to buy that one. Johnny Depp was hilarious, and the movie had so much fun being old and gothic and witchy and mocking of itself that as an audience you couldn't help but enjoy it despite its flaws. Bu the scariest thing to me from Sleepy Hollow was the old witch-woman in the cave, and the flashbacks of the witches as creepy little girls.
