timepiececlockChristmas dinner last night
1. oven-cooked beef roast (very big)
2. carrots baked with the roast. Extra yum.
3. an experimental, strangely prepared dish of yellow squash, baked with cream of mushroom soup and crumpled saltine cracker bits on top--tasty though.
4. cooked cranberries. Yum.
5. mashed potatoes
6. gravy
7. home-made rolls.
8. champagne. I may be under age, but my parents are cool on holidays.
All in all, a lovely meal. I always enjoy the food my mom makes for holidays. And cranberries.... yummmmm.
