Creepy music in the computer lab. Creepy computer lab.

"The world is very strange..." Feeling so much Doctor/Tennant love right now.

The smile on his face wins. It just wins. A happy Doctor makes the world a little happier.

"This isn't your classroom Kenny." Oh god, we've got to have "You killed Kenny!" joke. We've got to.

"Oh I hate when people say team..." The tenth Doctor's way of playing with his mouth and his words is awesome. He has a language fetish.

"Everyone died Sarah." Wow. Heavy.

"I can't believe it's you..." **distant scream** "...Okay, now I can."


Rose: "I'm not his assistant."
Sarah: "No? -----------" ....goddamn what did she say?! Curse these British accents! Sarah, 1. Rose, 0.

"I'm seeing nine, maybe ten years old. Pigtails and a frilly skirt." Doctor 1, Mickey 0.

"Or maybe you haven't gotten to that part yet, how old are you?" --- "When are you from, the Dark Ages?"
Sarah Jane vs. Rose is Best. Thing. Ever. I don't even know the character and already I love her.

"He Never mentioned me... not even once...?" "Hmmm...nope, never." Rose 1, Sara 1.

"Oooh mate! The missus and the ex. Welcome to every man's worst nightmare." Mickey 1, Doctor 1.

I love that Mickey is the first person to react the right way to see a bunch of giant alien bats hanging in a room: "No way!" and turns around to walk right back out. Mickey, 2.

"...But if I were you, I'd go easy on the chips." Mickey, 3. Rose, 1.

"You didn't need me, you were getting on with your life."
"You were my life."
Ouch. I'm loving that the Doctor's being put on the spot for his occasional absentminded treatment of people's feelings.

So these are like the biological versions of the Borg?

"I'm their technical support! I'm....oh my god. I'm the the tin dog." ...LMAO seems the appropriate expression. I love how she pats his shoulder and smiles.

"I've been to the year five billion, but this... this is really seeing the future. You just leave us behind." Rose, 2. And add an "ouch."


"Is that what you're going to do to me?"
"No. Not to you."
"But Sarah Jane... you were that close to her once, but now... you never even mentioned her. Why not?"
"I don't age, I regengerate. But humans decay. You wither and you die. Imagine watching that happen to someone you..."
"What Doctor?"
"You can spend the rest of your life with me. ...But I can't spend the rest of mine with you. I have to live on. Alone. That's the curse of the Time Lords."

"Don't forget to leave the window open a crack."

I :heart: this kid. Not even a quip, just a shake of the head and doing what needs to be done because the stupid adults aren't thinking with their imaginations.

...Wow...that ending... this whole EPISODE! Just...whoa. Now I know why my flist was going ga-ga over it yesterday. That's the best episode of Ten's sereis and one of the best of the new show.

I *really* need a Ten icon...

I cried. I was trying to control it during the whole "You leave us, don't you?" bit with the Doctor and Rose but I couldn't stand it anymore when K-9 sacrificed himself. He's a tin dog, sure, but he's Sarah Jane's tin dog. Totally lost it when the TARDIS dematerialized to reveal a newly rebuilt K-9 standing there. "You bad dog." "Affirmative." I think K-9, 1. ASH, 0.
