So anyone on my flist who watched the new Doctor Who episode "School Reunion" and had shippy thoughts, let me introduce you to my new mental canon. This is how it goes, damn it. I will insist on its total accuracy until proven otherwise!

*this fic isn't actually spoilery for that episode at all, but it makes a lot more sense mood-wise if you saw the ep.

EDIT: Please, someone (donna_c_punk?) make me a "More special" Rose icon. Pretty please. Because she was totally channeling Sasuke this episode.

Stories like that at the reason fic exists, imo. To take everything in canon and put it together just so. Make it beautiful like that. I love how it reaches beyond the 'ship and says something important about the whole Who 'verse:

Gorgeous. That is the Doctor. I can't imagine a more perfect epitaph for him than that.
