I rediscovered C2 communities at the Pit of Voles today. Not that I wasn't already a C2 manager, but I sort of forgot that they exist for every single category.

Which means I just signed myself up for seven fucking C2 comms:

Ye gads, my inbox is going to cry.

Why three GW comms? Because I'm reading one right now and I guess my brain is kind of stuck on it.

But here's a question. Which is better: "Quality 1xR Tales" or "HeeroxRelena"? They seem to have different stories. On the one hand, HeeroxRelena is staffed by

blkros, whose fic I adore. On the other hand, "Quality 1xR Tales" has smaller selection and promises in its summary to actually have good 1xR fic, not just all 1xR fic. Perhaps both comms have different fics entirely? That'd be interesting.

When I tried searching the anime crossover section of the C2 pages, I was abhorred to find that the anime crossover section sucked. The most of the comms had archives with less than 10 fics, and the biggest C2 comm was only for Ranma crossovers that didn't involve Akane. WTF? Yeah. So I went to the login page and decided to create my own goddamn crossover C2, but unfortunately it turns out you're only allowed to have one. What's up with that? Do they think some poor, fanfic crazed author will manipulate the C2 comms to shove her or his opinion of what constitutes good taste down everyone's throat whether they like it or not?

... Okay, perhaps that is a valid concern.

But they can't keep me down! Damn the man! Save the Empire!

So instead, since I was already at the C2 page, I invited three other people to staff my A:TLAB community: AkaVertigo, magnusrae, and Storybender. I just hope at least one of them likes slash, gen, or anything beyond K/Z. I think I've found most every K/Z fic on the net by now, but I'm sorely behind when it comes to slash or gen. Or K/A.
