timepiececlockWow. I... did not expect the show to go there of all places. So fucked up. Did we really just see Diva rape Riku so that she could get pregnant? Wow. I'm not sure I remember the last time where rape wasn't just threatened but was actually carried out in an anime I'm watching. And Riku's what, 11? 12?
What's weird, though, is that it didn't get a very emotional reaction from me. One of this show's flaws is that it doesn't build tension enough for me to be moved by the things happening in front of me. Even though this incident was equally horrible to what was done to Nina in FMA, I merely raised my eyebrows here whereas in watching FMA for the first time I was sideswiped by Nina's tragedy.
