new Avatar double episode

I'll do a more detailed reaction post later. For now, one thought about the ending:


This reminded me a LOT of episode 22 of Fullmetal Alchemist. The way Lt. Ross held Edward was just like the way Katara held Aang here.

However, I think this bodes ill in the long run. How many times now has Katara called Aang out of the Avatar state? Three times? Aang has GOT to learn self-control. I know he's ony twelve but he just can't afford to go into the Avatar state in a moment of anger when Katara's not around to do damage control.

(Also, I love the music for this final scene.)

I associate everything with FMA as well, but this was actually justified. I nearly thought he was going to whisper "Mother?" at the end.
