Somebody in dwicons had a Rose/Ten theme...I once made a Daria theme that was just one expression of Daria for every emotion :)

crackified has several Doctor Who themes, I don't know that there's a specific Rose/Ten one, but I know there are several themes.

Of course, they also have tons of other themes as well. I got my Gilmore Girls one from there.
