I posit that the judicious inclusion of Methos in any fandom's fic would always be a good thing.

He's cute, witty, and sleekly muscled. He knows more languages than God. And he can be easily rationalized into any AU story-verse or historical *or* futuristic setting. Because he's gonna live forever, yeah!

Like, Methos in an X-File? I've seen it done; it was yummy. Methos in the Cowboy Bebopped future? Would work. I... honestly can't think of any story too outlandish that he wouldn't fit. He's the great taste that tastes great with everything.

My mom used to watch Highlander when I was wee. I remember pretty much nothing of the show, and now want to reacquaint myself with it.
