timepiececlockJust watched the music video to Christina Aguillera's "Beautiful" while making a sandwhich.
Interesting vid. I liked it. There was an older male crossdresser slowing dressing up, and two gute guys making out on a bench. Also a starving girl and a very pretty, slim black girl--I didn't quite get what she had to angst about. Maybe because she wasn't like the white models in all the magazines she was looking at? If that was it, I say look at Halle Berry, chica. That's the most gorgeous woman in hollywood-- in the face, anway.
Anyway, I liked the video I think because its unusual to me to see two homosexual, attractive guys portrayed in a sweet, romantic way on any kind of television media. Usually that kind of thing ends up being some kind of comedy relief or twisted message; this was just kind of cute. With tongues.

I already had to grudgingly admit that CA is the only one of the current over-sexed blonde waify popstars that actually HAS a good singing voice--now I almost kinda sorta like a vid by her. ::shudder:: At least I was never forced to watch this "dirty" video everyone seemed to talk about when her name came up. Doesn't sound like something I'd regret missing.
