The Lupin III section of ffnet is pretty pathetic. It really breaks my heart. I----I can't even talk about how much the state of fanficdom for this classic, epic, still-ongoing, never-will-die franchise is so negligable it kills me and what's there is so uniformly bad that I get reincarnated then killed again just thinking about it.

All fanficdoms have a quality curve of normal distribution, but it seems like the top 3 standard deviations and 1 of the negative standard deviations just never appeared, so what's left is the bottom 13.6% of a fandom talent pool with a couple--less than one hand's count--of outliers.

Breaks my heart.
