BBC streaming?

I kind of just promised not to download anything. Including tv. Since I get free rent, I think this is more than fair. And luckily I have a ton of pre-saved stuff I've never watched before. But...


Does the BBC stream Doctor Who episodes? Because otherwise I won't get to see any of season 4. I was intending to download them when the season finished and marathon it.

They only stream if you live in the UK -- which drives me up the wall because there are a number of extras on the site I enjoy, include "The Big Question" which is two minutes every week of Tennant and Tate being extremely silly. I have to get those elsewhere.
