Sorry to break the news to you, but they did it last week. I'm still in mourning but there's a slim chance that it might be back. That is, if you believe that the viewers have power (I've signed many a petition already). Sigh. And I just started watching during season three. Well, guess I have no choice now but to buy the dvds when they come out.

The announced it last weekend at the #farscape chat. They were scheduled to tear down the sets this past Wednesday. Basically, SciFi told them on the last day of shooting, giving them just enough time to reshoot anything they needed to for 4.22 before they tore down the sets. It seemed pretty obvious that they didn't want there to be time for fan uproar, but I don't think the execs knew about the chat, or how fast word travels online.

Someone posted to the BAPS list that there was a rumor that UPN might pick Farscape up. How odd would that be?

Ohhhh. That would rock so much. Farscape on UPN. Hence, no more stupid four month gaps between episodes in the same season!! What's up with that, anyway? But I fear that it would quickly get canceled. After all, how many viewers did the show get on Sci-Fi anyway? Here's hoping for a string of movies if the UPN thing doesn't go through. Star Trek's been mundane and my interest in the X-Files is dwindling after the series finale that didn't really answer anything.
