timepiececlockIt really depresses me when I see a BtVS vid posted with a song that I've long wished to see put to video, only when I open the vid I find the vid-maker has used a cover version instead of the original. 'S down right sad.
Especially since 8 out of 10 cover versions of songs absolutely reek. Like, say, hearing 'Desperado' by a country singer, or a dance-mix version of great romantic ballads, or a dance mix version of 'American Pie', or 'Landslide' by a not-to-be-named-trio of blond female country singers who won't just shut up and go away. But, yeah, that's just my rant.
