Am currently killing time to avoid writing Poli-Sci paper.

Must read Henry IV for Shakespeare Lit, am not looking forward to it.

Rewatched 'Storytellers' while making bananna bread this afternoon (who doesn't love bannana bread, I ask?) and decided that in the ending scenes where Buffy is scaring Andrew, and then letting him go after he wept... that's probably the loveliest I've seen SMG look on this show. More by far than the kitchen scene. Even with her hair pulled back (a style I've never liked all season 6 & 7), she still looked the best. Maybe it was just very good make-up that day. But she looked natural and pretty and strong, and you could even see a hint of freckles.

I heart Banana bread.

I agree. Buffy is gorgeous with freckles. (Speaking as a freckled-one here. ::eg::) But I think her prettiest was in the morning after scene in Wrecked. I mean, that hair. ::sigh:: My hair wants to look like that.

And regarding Henry IV, that's the one that has Joan of Arc!

::cricket chirps::

Okay, am I the only Shakespeare nerd here?

I don't think she looked that great in Wrecked. Sure, she had that bedroomy 'I've had great sex; look at my hair' look, but I thought her face was stark and dirty and her expression was kind of wound-up and frowning the whole time, which in my mind really takes away from people's attractiveness.

Joan of Arc, hm? Neat. I'll have to pay attention for that, thoough we're only reading "Part 1", not the whole thing (though Part 1 is certainly big enough on its own).

SMG looks gorgeous this year and much less brittle than she's looked in the recent past (although she seems to have passed that look on to EC). And the freckles were cute. :)

Oddly enough, Henry IV is one of the few of Shakespeare's plays that I haven't read. S'all about Henry V. *g*
