Need to stop reading LJ till I watch the ep... I just got a little mini-spoiler for Dirty Girls, and I'm mad at myself.

Chances are, I'm going to watch this episode this afternoon or tonight, and I'm going to love it. Because I almost always love Buffy episodes, as long as it's not Double Meat Palace. And even that had some funny lines and a hot Spike flirty moment (Like the rest of you I just pretend that icky, poorly directed alley-meeting moment, like, didn't happen).

So maybe the ones who hated the episode can say so when they begin their commentary? Or if you adored it, you can say so?

Reading upset reviews bothers me, because I'm frightfully easy to please, and like to like my show. It seems, like every episode this season, this one is split down the middle between like/dislike among LJers... ::sigh:: Fandom is stressful and worrisome. But I love it.

::covers ears and runs off, determined not to come back to LJ until after episode::

I haven't watched Dirty Girls yet either, but then I'm holding off on watching these final eps until the show is finally over. In the mean time I'm spoiling myself with all of the commentary. It's a sort of numbing process for me, though I actually feel a little better about the whole thing than I have in some time.

*groan* God what a god awful episode it was. 40 minutes of nauseating boredom.

As for DG I'm split in the middle. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. It has its very strong points. And breath-taking ones. But it's also very dissapointing in some respects.

Hey, I'm trying not to spoil you here so forgive the vagueness.

Six degrees of fandom separation: I found your vid site through [livejournal.com profile] dinanimo's blog, and since you happened to show up here in Rashaka's LJ (whom I know from BoB (http://www.bandofbuggered.com), I thought I'd do a quick hijack (sorry, Shaka) to tell you: "Weapon"? BRILLIANT fucking vid. Excellent timing, excellent song choice, excellent illumination of a very complex character. I loved it desperately. (I also enjoyed the S/V vid to the Sarah MacLachlan song quite a bit--sorry, I'm awful with song titles--but "Weapon" was by far my favorite.)

So nice work! :)

Thank you. And *g* on the six degrees thing :-) A friend of Di's, too, then? I may be taking a peek at your LJ, then :-) So. Beware. Crazed Alias fan on the loose.

Seriously - I do appreacite the comments a lot. It astounds me how the word of mouth has gotten around about these vids - and I am alwasy delighted to find out about it.

Isn't that only 3 degres of separation?

I loved that vid too.

Well, technically I guess it would be one degree of separation, multiplied by two... you, and then Diana. But that just doesn't have the same ring, you know? :)

You should come play with us on the Alias thread at BoB!!! I blather a lot, but other people usually have some interesting things to say. And the more you post, the more I can drool over your various lovely icons. ;)

:g: thanks, but I haven't kept up with Alias lately. Still, Vaughn hotnss is always worth appreciating, in any place...

Word! I don't think there is one episode that I hate. DMP ranks as the lowest on my list of lovable episodes. That could be because of the grossness of the meat chopper, penis monster, and penis monster in the meat chopper. What alley scene? There was an alley scene?

I'm also easy to please when it comes to TV shows. Entertain me and I'm happy. I'll only whine about the commercials. Showing commercials for that Platinum or whatever it was every 2 seconds was annoying.
