I watched three wonderful music videos today. Super-awesome, all three. The "leaves me gibbering and gushing incoherently" type awesome.


"Essence" by sisbabet: Fucking A.Maze.Ing. I had a fan-crush on her from watching the "Closer" vid, but now's she's gone and done a Spuffy one. I'm feeling this sudden urge to go on a quest to Africa now to prove my love. And also to download that song.

"One Headlight" by buffyx: Chica, you are the shit. Next time I get my home computer running online again I'm going to go find every single other of your vids (if there are more), download them, set them to repeat, and never leave my desk chair again. Some of the clips wer funny inn this, but I think some of it was stylized fuzzyness, and the timing and clip-usage in this was just so cool I can't not adore it. Plus, I love that song. I love that whole CD.

"Preventor" by drdawn: You make me want to buy the DVDs for the first three seasons of Angel, just to look at Wesley. Damn you. Damn you to hell.

Dude!!! You included my vid in the same post as sisabet and drdawn? Holy... *thud* That's me falling down on the floor. And yes, "One Headlight" is such a kickass song. I adore The Wallflowers. And I heart you for including me in your post! Wheee!

By the way, I was going to tell you anyway, I read Aquarius. That fic was so awesome!!!! Seriously. So beautiful it almost made me cry-- and that is not an easy feat!

My friends and coworkers are so into this show. And I've tried and tried to get into it, but it just doesn't hook me. Oh well, maybe it'll grow on me over the summer or maybe another kick-ass show like Buffy will come on the air this fall ...

Also, where can I find the videos you reced above? I tried http://www.headtilt.com/ (http://www.headtilt.com/) for "Preventor", but that Web site is down.

Well... I don't know how to make vids, so I probably am not the world's best judge, but I watch a lot of them, and I really really liked yours. So it's on my happy-today list. Deal. ^-^

That's where I got them. But you'll have to ask sisabet or drdawn about it, because they have been having major problems with plaigarists, and are being secretive about their stuff rihgt now. But they're really super nice. And you can mention my name if you've never talked to them before. Not that we're bestest friends (::cry::), but they know me from LJ and will recognize my name.

Oh, snazzy anti-spoiler icon. That ranks in my top-five favorite Spike scenes. I'm not sure what teh other four are, but the scene with Joyce is up there.

You still clean? I am. Well, I loved at the cable 1-sentence summary for next week, but that doesn't count. i think.

I am too, chica :-) I watched (and re-watched, and re-watched and ...) last week's promo for tomorrow's ep, but that's it. I don't think the cable TV description counts either, so it looks like we're both still spoiler virgins ;-) How are you holding up?
