I watched three wonderful music videos today. Super-awesome, all three. The "leaves me gibbering and gushing incoherently" type awesome.


"Essence" by sisbabet: Fucking A.Maze.Ing. I had a fan-crush on her from watching the "Closer" vid, but now's she's gone and done a Spuffy one. I'm feeling this sudden urge to go on a quest to Africa now to prove my love. And also to download that song.

"One Headlight" by buffyx: Chica, you are the shit. Next time I get my home computer running online again I'm going to go find every single other of your vids (if there are more), download them, set them to repeat, and never leave my desk chair again. Some of the clips wer funny inn this, but I think some of it was stylized fuzzyness, and the timing and clip-usage in this was just so cool I can't not adore it. Plus, I love that song. I love that whole CD.

"Preventor" by drdawn: You make me want to buy the DVDs for the first three seasons of Angel, just to look at Wesley. Damn you. Damn you to hell.

Rewatched Empty Places, in entirety, with ma mere.

I noticed they said the Mission that Spike & Andrew visted was in Gilroy.

Hnn... no. I've lived in Northern California for my whole life, and I'm pretty sure there were no Missions in Gilroy (though there's lots of garlic industry). I double checked, just to be sure.

It's cool that they actually used the name of an actual city instead of making another one up like Sunnyhell.
