1. Coldplay is the best. I love them.

I want to marry Christ Martin.

He was dancing across the stage. Not that choreographed boyband dancing, more like that seven-year-old-so-excited-on-christmas-morning-that-he-starts-bouning-around dancing. He... bubbled across the stage with his guitar. It was the cutest fucking thing I'd ever seen a grown man do. And I wasn't even close to the stage.

The acoustics at Shoreline Ampitheater in Mountain View suck. But the concert was the coolest I'd ever been to. Out of a whopping 3 total.

I love Coldplay. I want to marry Chris Martin.

Maybe if I say it enough it'll happen. :hopeful:

There were pretty lights on smoke, and the band played wonderfully, and Chris Martin was both funny and as good at singing live as in a recording studio.

I love Coldplay. I want to marry Chris Martin.

2. What is up with the weather around here lately? We go from rain rain cold rain to a week-long long hot spell you wouldn't believe.

3. more things to read later:

4. Boys are stupid. All you boys out there? You're all stupid.

If a girl deliberately sits next to you in class every day (though the class only is on fridays), chats you up, smiles a lot, and over a few weeks arranges it so that you have her email and phone number, fucking well get a clue.

5. My new word is schiznit. I've decided I love it. I hope I'm using it correctly.

6. Going backward through LJ friends lists after 3 days is very tiring.

7. I have all these icons I haven't gotten around to posting here yet, and plus I got the nutso ideas to start TWO new songsets.
timepiececlock: (no ticket.)
I'm bummed. I just followed a link of someone's lj reccommending someone else's "logic" (both of whose journals I read), but when I read the first line I realized that what I'd been linked to was an AtS spoiler post.

I cut out immediately, only read the one line, but fuck, that sucks.

I mean, I've been telling myself I wasn't sure about Angel viewing replacing loss of Buffy, but like most of the rest of you I'm no better than a Trekkie when it comes to loyalty to spinoffs. If it's there, hell YEAH I'm gonna watch it.

Spoilers suck. Not the content, but the fact that they're out there.

Whoa.

I answered honestly, and I got Duo.

My second favorite anime character EVER.

That's so cool.

Pilot 02, Duo Maxwell
Duo Maxwell -- People often get the wrong idea
about you, but that's ok, kicking ass is easier
when your opponent underestimates you. You've
had a difficult past, but you would go to hell
and back so that others don't have to suffer
the same way. You are smart, tough, and
resourceful. You are also a decent judge of
character when it comes to placing your
loyalties.

I'm kinda surpirsed I didn't get Relena or Wu Fei.

:sigh: no one's updating the cowboy bebop section of ff.net ...

I'm listening to "Du Hast" by Rammstein and once again it's freaking me out. I don't know why I find that song scary.

Get the kids and bring a sweater
Dry is good and wind is better...
timepiececlock: (man with plan)
Here's two for the Farscapers out there. :)

The first one (see my icon) isn't really a quote, but does reference the episode "Crackers Don't Matter", one of my favorite FS epsidopes ever. I think the images are from that too.

The second one is a quote from the second to last episode, I believe.

Richard Bachman is doing a new Spike fic. He's the dude that did that very cool, long, freaky, Psychiatric!Spike version of Normal Again.
timepiececlock: (the scientist)
I downloaded this 5-second Monty Python & the Holy Grail sound clip:

"Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberry!"

From now on, that's going to go as the first track of every CD I make. It'll be a thing. And it will make me feel ridicuously silly and good.
timepiececlock: (Hold me)
The band The Seatbelts is proving more and more addictive. When I get money, I'm going to buy some of their music instead of pirating it off WinMX. Cause I like them and want to give them money for intriguing my ears.
