I had opinions-- it didn't matter! I had a brain, it felt like pancake batter. I'm tired and lonely, scared and depressed. Soon I'll be crying to you life is like a bittersweet symphony. Well get get GET OVER IT! Sorry, for a minute there I lost myself. I can guess how living with me must have damn near killed you. Then again you used to beg me to take care of things, and smile at the thought of me failing. Well here's one, one, one for my heartache as I'm haunted by something I cannot define. I feel like I've been locked up tight for a century of lonely nights. I put myself in stupid places, yes I know it’s true. Instead tonight I'll be sleeping through the evening singing dreams inside my head. Cause sometimes all I need is the air that I breathe and to love you.

Make your own, folks! No need to rhyme, just write a little paragraph with some sort sort of semi-linear train of thought... And you don't even have to like the songs. I don't like one or two of these.

Wanted to mention -- I watched Whalerider last night. Fabulous, fantastic, utterly wonderful and beautiful movie. At the top of my reccomendation lists for this year for emotionally moving and angsty but uplifting coming-of-age films. In fact, one of the best films I've ever seen of that genre, right up there between Dead Poet Society and The Iron Giant.

The young lead actress was unbelievable. Also, I got a out of listening to a whole film of Maori/New Zealand accents in English.
