Aug. 18th, 2004 06:50 pmLast night I stayed up till around 2:30 - 3:00 clearing out my bookshelf and sorting the contents for later boxing.
My dad woke me up at 7:00 to proofread a letter he was writing. I went back to bed around 7:30 with the words "I'm going to go back to bed for an hour, see you."
My dad woke me up at 12:13 with the words, "Aren't you supposed to be going to work today?"
I said, "Oh crap!" and was at my desk by 1:00 in the afternoon.
My boss hadn't even notice I was late.
