A weird thing happened. teleute12 pointed out that one of my entries was dated December 8th. Apparently I've had my computer calendar accidentally set on December for a whole week now. So I just went back and fixed about 10 journal entries dated wrong. ::sigh:: It was annoying.

Miyazaki Fangirlling Stuff:

You can download the newest trailer for Howl's Moving Castle, Hayao Miyazaki's next film. It opens on November 20th in Japan. ::sigh:: I wish it opened over here too. I love his movies. And this one is based on an English-written children's book, interestingly enough. I like this trailer: you get to see new clips and there's lovely music.


Family Stuff

My mom's comming down this weekend to spend next week with my dad for their 25th anniversary, and we (me, my parents, my brother, and maybe my step-aunt) are all getting together on Sunday to do something fun all day, possibly Disneyland! It will be nice to see my mom again. I saw her two weeks ago, but damn, living away from home sucks. My mom and I are so close-- I really miss that. Stupid distance.

Naruto

hecatehatesthat said she would be curious to see some of my favorite Naruto episodes, since she's only got the manga. So, by all means, let's start with the first episode. The rest I'll have to think about--- I love this show so much that deciding is hard, especially given how much the plot points flow over into further episodes.
