Update

Things I did tonight:

-watched first DVD of Princess Tutu in dubbed. Very cute and weird, with funny commentary and outtakes.

-watched adorable Kagura/Kyo FB vid to "She Hates Me" by Puddle of Mudd

-read copius amounts of Nine/Rose Dr. Who fic at time_and_chips

-watched very cool Naruto pseudo-opening vid to "Compass" by Asian Kung-Fu Generation

-lamented my lack of bittorrent which would allow me to hunt down and download whole Asian Kung-Fu Generation CDs, rather than buying imports.

-pondered that hakeber feels My Chemical Romance reminds her of Asian Kung-Fu Generation, which led to my decision while driving to school that "You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison" by My Chemical Romance is the perfect Heero/Duo/Trowa/Quatre/Wufei GW murderdeathkill rebel-spy-angst action song.

-pondered how much of a pain it would be to make the perfect Heero/Duo/Trowa/Quatre/Wufei GW murderdeathkill rebel-spy-angst action video to that song.

-grumped about the fact that I'm house-sitting and not back at my dorm where I can play with my own computer and even contemplate the idea of trying yet again to get Adobe PremierePro to like my video files.

- emailed The Pit of Despair [[fanfiction.net]] and asked them to
a) create a category for Princess Tutu fic
b) install character filters for the Naruto section.

I wonder if Gwen Stephanie watches anime?

She talks about Japan a lot in her songs.

And she used to wear her hair in odangos. Dyed blue.

She probably watches anime.

American Idol

A while ago I was skipping channels and noticed a long-haired hippy guy was one of the 10 finalists on American Idol. I made a mental note to watch it sometime and hear what he sounded like, mostly because I figured his voice had to be awesome for them to let him on stage without a haircut.

I forgot.

A few weeks ago I noticed Long Haired Hippy Guy was one of the top 3 finalists. I made another mental note to watch him SOMETIME.

I forgot.

I'm watching The Daily Show and the guest is Long Haired Hippy Guy, who apparently was only runner-up in the final vote.

Damn, I missed him.


So here's my request. Does anyone have any video or audio clips of Long Haired Hippy Guy singing? I'm just curious to know what he sounded like. He didn't sing on The Daily Show.
