So... where do I find all that finale spoiler fic that I’ve so studiously avoided on LJ? I’m pretty certain wisteria_ wrote one. Did you, anniesj? What about everyone else on my friends list? It’s hard to remember who was spoiled and who wasn’t.

But I want that fic. So come on, tell me! If you wrote a finale fic before it aired tonight, I want to know. I promise to comment, even.

Footsteps faded. He wanted to remember her smell, but all he saw was fire and light.

So this was it. This was magic, fate, life.

It burned. It stung. It was fucking brilliant.

No, he was brilliant. Radiant. It was in him—this came from inside him.

Look at me, he wanted to cry. I have the light. This light is in me.

I have all of this inside of me. William the fucking Bloody. Spike. I am here.

If he hadn’t been trapped glowing like a prismed nova, he’d have laughed.

And I’m not empty.

He smiled, and he shined.

Except, crap, crying again...

I felt the sudden urge to cry in the car 20 minutes ago. Because of Spike and because I had no one to talk to about him. My friends aren't into Buffy and my mom wouldn't get the level of emoitnal investment I have in the show.

So instead I started talking out loud to an imaginary passenger, mostly consisting of moans of "SpIIIKKKKEEE! Spike's dead! This is awful and I hate it but I loved it too!"

I have the same problem. At least the imaginary people don't tell me to remember that Spike is only a fictional character, because he so is not. He's so much more than that.

First of all, I am a serial killer only on the third Sunday of every month, except February, which I take off, so that's cool.

Well, sure, there was that one laspe back in middle school, but let bygones be bygones, right?

I am only a part-time Berkeley resident (it's a college thing) and am going home to L.A. for the summer on Saturday.

I have one more year of junior college, and then I'm planning to transfer to the UC in Berkeley. I'll call you tommorrow for fun.
