Date: 2003-07-08 11:34 pm (UTC)yeah.
Date: 2003-07-08 11:59 pm (UTC)I like the little Gestapo pack that Malfoy's running.
I never cared much for Fred or George in the previous books, but they've had a bit more character development this time (all the Weasely's have), and now I rather enjoyed their parts.
I think Potter's being a stupid git most of the time, but then I'm not 15 anymore so hopefully it's a sign of maturity on my part.

Date: 2003-07-09 01:12 am (UTC)I made it. It's from that dialogue line from Fight Club. I wrote a drabble about it on ff.net. Actually, the drabble was set post-Grave, and so the icon sort of fits the fic.
Vids are cool.

Date: 2003-07-09 10:02 am (UTC)Of course, equally as delicious as Fred and George leaving is McGonagall's 'it unscrews the other way' comment to Peeves a bit later on (and since I saw a post earlier that said you've finished, I know you'll have read that far now).
McGonagall also kicked butt in this book and she easily moved into the place of my favourite female character.

Date: 2003-07-09 11:33 am (UTC)Probably because we simply got to see more of Fred & George so we got to know their characters better and with McGonagall, well we actually got to see her show some emotion, which mostly she doesn't in the other books. She gives out detentions and is stern and strict, but not much emotion-but in this book she takes Harry's side, if not actively, shows concern about Umbridge, frustration with the MoM, etc. Anyway... she did become much cooler. ;)
