frustration

This is so irritating. I keep trying to find ANY 18 and over dance clubs in san jose-- I can't. And I'm three frickin' years from 21. This is frustrating beyond belief. I thought I'd try The Limelight, but they don't answer their phones and I can't tell from their website whether its 18+ or 21+. It says both in different places, but on the same night. This is making me depressed. There's got to be someplace in this stupid city to go... Man, I wish I was one of those cyber-gothic people who go to raves. you know, with the glow-sticks and sutff. I can play with glow-sticks. This really hot 21-year-old tried to pick me up once when I was dancing with glow-sticks (the first and only time since I'd ever bought glow-sticks, actually). I'd like to go to a rave, but I don't know anyone who goes to raves, and its not like they advertise. There's this whole inner-city sub-culture that I don't know how to be a part of. I just want to go to some and dance to very very loud music. Why should it be this hard?!
