As shadowlass pointed out when she started reading Draco fic at the same time as me the other day... he's like a permanent season4 Spike, turned into a 17 year old.

We like him because he's petty, semi-evil, horny (at least in the ones I'm reading which are post-cannon) or bitchy.

Plus, we're reaching out with loss of BtVS. And Draco has that whole platinum blond thing going...
