Episode

I'd like to see a little more confliction on Angel's part for liking the werewolf while Cordelia's still in a coma. I mean, Cordelia wasn't even brought up. I'm just asking for one or two comflicted expressions and half a mo of brooding.

Outside of that, I like werewolf girl. She's nice, and kinda reminds me of Darla. Who, by the by, is totally Angel's OneTrueLuv.

Spike was cute in his last scene. He looked so out of it... shellshocked. I wanted to cheer Fred on when she said she was determined to help him. Of course, she couldn't be that determined if he suggested they party and then th next scene we see her partying with Angel and the company [and not Spike.]

And by the way, AtS!Spike is so my boyfriend. I claim him. And when he turns corporeal again, oh we'll have fun. And then I'll put him on a plane and send him off to Buffy.

Angel himself was boring to me in this episode.

Favorite part?
"I can't. We have a history. He was a young Watcher... ... ... blood was spilled."
"...You're so full of crap."

I loved that. Because Spike is often full of crap. And the AtS people are going to be able to call him on it a lot more than the Scoobies could, because they're more knowledgable and less intimidated. Gah, my boyfriend is the only reason I'm watching this show. Well, that and how cute Wesley looked when they did that head-on shot of him at the computer. When will I get my Gunslinger!Wes back? I want him.

Looks way cool. And sad. You know what would be neat? If the next episode began with Spike's experience during all the time that he disappeared on episode 5.3. Including coming back and talking to Fred, only from his point of view. Like, swirlly vision and scary hell monsters and stuff.

I think the next episode is the episode (or first of a two-parter) where Spike's condition is brought to come kind of permanence or breaking point. The way I see it, they can end it three ways:

-Spike is back as a corporeal vampire with a soul, just like Angel.
-Spike's condition as a ghost is stabalized and his cure is put on the list of long-term projects.
-Spike is brought back to corporeal form as something other than a vampire or ghost-- possibly human, possibly something else.
