I didn't get it either, until I was watching Carnivale and the woman mentioned getting bitten by a coppermouth, and then it just hit me. "Deadly Viper Assassin Squad." Viper, like snake.

Don't feel too bad. I saw it a few weeks ago and it took me this long.
