Dec. 16th, 2003 11:22 pmFaramir: Good speech. Nice and short.
Boromir: Leaves more time for drinking!
Poor Sean Bean. Got entirely cut out of the film. Good scene though. The casting of Faramir was great-- I thoguht they looked similar in the theatrical versions; in the scenes in the extend. version they look a lot like brothers.

Date: 2003-12-17 04:41 pm (UTC)Go you! Whoo! I look forward to your comments in your LJ!
Didn't you love Chrichtons' cowboy speech to the alien council? Did you love Chricton's bomb? all his many reasons to angst?
Didn't you love the ultimate meta-ness of watching alien characters on tv watch themselves on a tv show about aliens and conspiracies, as well as on a camcorder?
Isn't Sikozu (spelling?) pretty?
Didn't you love Harvey?
Did you get all weepy when John shot Borg!Aeryn because she wasn't learning English like the real Aeryn?
My faovrite line, from Grandma to Scorpius: "I do admire your compartmentalization of duplicity."
Didn't you love love love the ending on the boat and the water (except the last minute)
here's the link!

I hope I haven't built your expectations up to the point where you don't like it, but I saw it about 2 montsh after the end and it just hit me in the gut for the loss of my show and my ship.
Though I've been thinking that it may only be spoilery to the end of season 3, it's hard to tell with my memory. But the sentiment... it's an endy completeness thing. :)
here's another coldpaly one I found, though I haven't watched it yet:

Date: 2003-12-17 04:57 pm (UTC)And, gah, you're right. That video kinda broke me. It also kinda makes me want to jump around sceaming theirloveissopure!!!
...
Okay, better now.
That is definitely going to go on my J/A mix CD. I'm trying to fit songs to particular episodes. I'm thinking that The Scientsit would probably go very well with A Constellation of Doubt. (Cause you know, at the end with the "Wormholes for Aeryn" thing.)
