Er, do I count? I haven't, like, READ fanfiction yet... Anyway, I picked "right", because fanfiction IS pain, highness, and because I think Miroku does carry around his staff with his right hand, which would probably make him right-handed.
In pseudo-related news (EEEE EEE EEEEEEEEEE!!!) I finally saw an episode with Sesshoumaru! ...and have decided he is a Floofy Drama Queen. He's DEFINITELY related to Inuyasha, then.
I officially love this show. One episode seen alone is silly, fluff-brained, and melodramatic; two or three episodes seen in sequence start to get cute and interesting; four or more than that and it starts to kick ass. I will be raiding the anime rental section at Hastings tomorrow, methinks.
Of course you can vote! Amnd I think you're right about the staff... right it is then! Damn, that's going to be hard for me too. Deciding how hard is hard, and how much to focus on that aspect.

I totally agree with you. And you know, I didn't used to think that. Somewhere between my first viewing of Buffy with the Bargaining premier, and reading Hard Candy by wisteria_/anniesj, I was irrevocably corrupted.

Oh, he is. Definitely a drama queen. And in that aspect, definitely related to Inu Yasha. They're both such drama queens-- one of the things about the two of them is that one could be in the worst, most vicious battle of his life so far, and the minute the other one shows up they completely forget about the other enemy and it becomes AllAboutThemAndTheirFamilyIssues. "Oh wow, is someone over there dying? Who care's, my stupid bastard half-brother is here and I've got to beat his ass!" This happens more than once, as you will come to see. And it's so funny.
i don't know how to answer. sadly, i am so obsessive about details like that, i'd actually go back, look at every ep i could and try to discern by what he does with his hands and how he holds things ({sigh} yes, i know he's an animated character, but i'm insane enough to hope to be able to actually tell) to determine which hand he favors.
That's a good idea. Research! But now that I think about it, octopedingenue is right: he does hold his staff in his right hand. I think the research says I will have to go that way. Poor, poor Miroku!
