I have found it: that moment on film where Ewan McGregor looks his absolute Most Gorgeous Ever. THE moment.

The Moulin Rouge DVD. Track 10, min/sec 00:38 - 00:40.

Look at that, and tell me you aren't squealing girlishly inside.

All I need to do now is install my DVD-rom and figure out how to make screencaps with my printscreen button. Then I can animate the thing and flash it around like a dirty magazine. If one could orgasm from a smile...

On a separate but adjacent note, I still feel that Tango de Roxanne is the best musical sequence in a film. Any film. And I've seen quite a few musicals for someone my age. Also, the scenes where Ewan walks with his collar turned up, and singing?---his second most gorgeous ever moment on film.

Oohh, YES regarding Tango de Roxane, but I don't know which moment you're talking about!!!

What scene is the Most Gorgeous Ever? I'll probably recognize it.

And word -- lots of musicals. LOTS.

It's right when he tells her "Duke? I am not a duke."

And she says "Oh no, not another of Toleus's oh so talented charmingly bohemian tragically impoverished writers?!"

And he smiles shyly and sas "Well you might say that..." before she interupts him again.

It's that 1 and a half seconds, from 00:38-00:40, where he looks unearthly fabulous and you just want to eat him. :P Mmmmm.....
