things as they are now

Just finished making chocolate chip cookie dough about an hour ago. Would you beleive that I did it just because I had a yen for cookie dough? Not the actual cookies so much... the cookie dough w/ chocolate chips. What IS it with me and absurdly late night baking?
Of course, I am going to make the actual cookies tomorrow... but I really just wanted to snack on the dough.
Did this again cause I think this guy's hot...

On the rear-ending front (if you pardon the odd phrasing of that...phrase), we're not sure how much damage there was. My parents and I have agreed that I made an error in judement by choosing to come out when I did, because what I thought was far enough away obviously wasn't, especially if the guy was accelerating leaving the intersection. And I now understand fully that I should ahve called up a copper and gotten and official police report made on the scene. I didn't actually realize that's what I was supposed to do, though it makes perfect sense when they tell me like that. :sheepish:
However, it's looking like this was mostly the other guy's fault, because he hit me, and people tend to speed on my street. He seems to be under the impression that because I crossed the center dividing line I was making an illegal move, and that's why he didn't expect to hit me.
Now I know that's not so, because I was taught to do that, when I'm backing out into the far lane to go that direction form my driveway. And it was a single white dotted line, NOT a double solid yellow line.
Anyway, its a toss up right now whether it'll fall under the deductable or not, and if it doesn't, who's legally at fault.
This, I must admit, is yet MORE inspiration to get a weekend job.
I need clothes money, and I want to earn soemthign to pay my parents bak for part of this, at the every least.
Anchor Blue clothing, here I come! Yes yes... I'm ready for the world of retail. And since I wear a lot of your shirts, you're going to be the new lucky employer of me.
And also because I'm not scary enough to be hired at Hot Topic.
