timepiececlockWell, I sat down on this bench to eat lunch outside today, and this guy just sits down next to me and starts talking. Then he's asking me questions, like what I like to do and stuff, do I have a boyfriend, what classes I have. I clue in about halfway into the conversation that he's hitting on me. Or, at least trying to make friends.
Yep, I'm slow on the uptake-- never got much attention from boys in H.S., and the only times I did were at somewhere not-school. But this guy said twice that I sound/look like I'd be an interesting person to know. I gave him my phone number. I'm definitely not gonna date him, because he smokes and I hate that, and he's a high school drop out (which says 'loser' in my mind, but he sounds he's trying-- he's enrolling he says, and he has a job), and he reads the bible everyday (he says that's the only thing he reads)...anyway NOT my type at all. But I don't mind hanging out with him, being friends. I so need to get out more anyway.
Maybe he has cute non-smoking friends.
