LJ Support Question...

I asked this today of the LJ support system, but if anyone else can tell me, that'd be wonderful.

Question:
A while ago I traded in the LJ invite codes for free credit toward my account-- a coupon. I elected not to use it at the time, but now I want to continue to renew my paid account, but I don't know how to find/access the credit I'm supposed to have. On the pay page, there is a box for entering a coupon, but I don't know what to type and I don't know where to look up what coupons I have waiting on file.

When I traded in my invite codes I received an e-mail with the coupon number. An e-mail mix-up perhaps?

I did the same thing with my invite codes, and I received an e-mail with the coupon codes soon after. As far as I could tell from reading the e-mail, that e-mail was the only place in which the coupon code was listed. If you've lost that e-mail with the coupon code...I think you may be out of luck. :-/

Where did you go to turn in the codes for a coupon? I never saw that notice, and I was looking for it, damn it.
