Giles is a pain in my slayer neck.

He hobbles about and I have to waste 4 continues trying to keep him from getting killed.

Anyway, I'm on level 5 now, wandering the FE's version of Alternate!Sunnydale looking for my Scoobies.

Is it just me, or does VideoGame!Buffy stand just a little too close to VideoGame!Ethan Rayne?

AAAAAAAACK! My VideoGame!Buffy has sexual chemistry with the enemy!

....Alright, so it is Buffy we're talking about here and that kind of chemistry is to be expected I suppose. But Ethen? Ick. Clearly fewer pixels on the tv means fewer standards for this heroine's love life. Flirt with Spike, dammit! He's like right next to you! Which button is "flirt" on Playstation controllers?

Best get her back to DVD soon where she's attracted to properly sexy villains.

On other comments... I get a kick out of VideoGame!Willow and VideoGame!Tara together. And the character designs for all the characters are pretty good, I think. In most respects they have made an effort to make them looke like the characters. Willow's eyes are particularly well done.

The Bad News: I'm on level five and I still haven't figured out how to throw the holy water or hellfire bottles.

Also, the game pamphlet says I can kill things with the axe, but so far, not the case. I can damage them with axes, but I have to stake them for them to die.

Ok, stupid question but, have you tried the 'use' button? It should be the same as the stake button. Unless you're using the quick stake button, then that's different. But then, I have it for the Xbox - no nifty extra JM stuff :( - so I could just be talking out my ass. Nevermind.

Hm. I don't know... I only know of one stake button, and if I press that while something else is equipped I automatically go back to stake again.

How do I get the extra JM stuff? :)

That's the quick stake button. I don't have a playstation so I don't know the controller configuration. Dose it say anything in the manual about a 'use' button? That should let you kill things with other items.

There's supposed to be an extra interview with JM that's only on the playstation version. It should be in the extras menu.

Thanks for all your information! :) I'm all the way up to fighting Anyanka now. My Xander died twice on Anyanka and then I had to give up the controller.

If you havent beat Anyanka yet...

I'm kinda stuck right now. I'm wandering around the town, and I rescued Willow and Xander. But I can't find the other two, and I'm reduced to locked doors and dead ends. I found this one building where I had to move a garbage crate thingy over and clim up a fire escape to break in, and go down the elevator... but all I did there was kill vamps and break stuff. No interesting key or toy to pick up, nothing to help me open anything.

That's where Faith is. There's 3 floors to the building. You enter on the 2nd, the flame throwers on the 1st and Faith's in the basement. There's a flashlight in the control room. Grab that, go back to the 2nd floor and into the room that was too dark to see in. Get the vault combo, go back to basement and let Faith out.

Spike's at Willy's (where else?), it's pretty easy to get to. Go the crashed truck, there's a button on the side that you have to press. Do that and the back of the truck should open. Go thru the truck and the building it crashed into and out to the alley. There should only be one door you can go thru and that should lead you to Willy's. Spike's right inside. Then just head back to the Magic Box and you're done.

I got that game at Christmas and still haven't played it. The first one frustrated me to know end. I guess if the game isn't Super Mario Bros or something, there is just no way in hell I can play. :)

It's actually kind of easy... the second level is easier than the first level, though longer. Most of the puzzles are pretty obvious, and the fighting is alright once you figure out how to throw a demon, and how to stake them once they're on the ground. Using other weapons besides the stakes is more tricky, and I'm still playing around with it. I also am not so great at Willow's spells.

I reccomend you give it a a try, though. I think you get at least 6 or so continues per game, because I've used 5 so far at any one level and not had to restart from the beginning with a game over.

It's fun to listen to them talk.
