My newspaper says that Portland, Oregon just started performing some gay marriage ceremonies as well. Yes! Go Oregon! Nespaper also says that San Jose (my city!) is now "bidding to be the first big city to recognize homsexual marriages performed elsewhere." YES!

It's spreading! Spread, spread, like a fad! How many cities would it take before it went too far to take back? Let's find out, America!

Saw on NY news that the Nyack mayor says he's gonna do it. The New Paltz mayor's been arrested, but has no plans to stop.

Awesome! Where is New Paltz, btw?

New York... that's cool. It's a big, big city. ::does dance of victory::

It's Nyack, which is a Westchester burb, not NYC proper, but it's still a good thing! New Paltz is also NY state, farther north. I'm vague on it, but it was between the city and a place we stayed in the Catskills.

oh, I thought Nyack was like a funky-cute way of typing New York. But you're right, good things! ::cheeers::
