Also... is there any way to take subtitles off of a vid file? Because the source I'm using is an anime that was fan-subbed, with the subtitles added to the video. I think it's not quite connected because if my computer is irrationally slow (as has too often lately), then the subtitles don't always quite match up with picture and sound. But I don't really understand anything about how fan subs are made, so I don't know if there's any way to un-make them.
