Tonight I've watched some anime on the Cartoon Network already and plan to watch more later. After all, Wolf's Rain premiers tonight! As do the new InuYasha dub episodes!

I watched the second half of a Yu Yu Hakashu episode, and CN obviously acquired a new season since the last time I watched that show. I also, to my own mixed feelings, found myself watching DragonballGT. And wanting to know what's going on, and wanting to watch more. That's a bad sign. I'm already over the DBZ fandom! YOU HEAR ME, INTERNET! I AIN'T GOING BACK NO MATTER HOW MANY TRUNKS SCENES THERE ARE!

::cough:: Anyway, it was weird.

Watched the "Inuyasha" ep. OMG I LOVE TOTOSAI HEART HEART HEART. I l/ove the dub, and this was a great ep anyway.

I love him too... he bonks everyone on the head! I liked this whole sequence with the dragon monster/daddy's enemy when downloaded them.

It starts in 3 minutes!!

So I finally managed to download a couple episodes of "Fruit Basket". I am in love.

I knew you would be! Which eps did you get? It helps to watch them in order because of character development, though this show is more forgiving that, say, Gundam Wing, if you do watch out of order. At least for the earlier eps.

GAH!! ::Squees:: I love Kyou. Don't you love Kyou? And Shigure!! And I even came to love Yuki though it took me a bit longer. My favorite episodes are... um.. 5...uh....the hot springs episode...19...26... and more that I can't remember.

Talk to me about it!

I love Kyou. (LOVELOVELOVE more like.) And Shigure. And I am liking Yuki. And I LUUURVE Tohru's two best friends, who kick all kinds of ass.

I managed to download episodes 1, 2, & 3 (I've been trying to get those eps for WEEKS and nothin' and then all of sudden last night, BAM! Sigh.) and I'm tryyyying to get 4 and 5 and maybe 6, but again the slowness of Kazaa is a factor. I also have the opportunity to watch 13-19 on DVD, but should I do so with a 9-episode gap like that?

I'm going to bed now, but I had to answer this so you could answer me! :)

No no!! No, you should wait on those middle eps-- they introduce several characters without which you would be lost (and you want them-- they're very funny), also some more crucial information about Akito, and generally a lot of character development. Since this show is not about a linear plot like IY but all about characters and relationships, you don't want to miss that many eps.

I love Kyou. (LOVELOVELOVE more like.)

Back off! He's mine! ::headbuts::

...but I might be willing to share I suppose...

And I am liking Yuki.

I started to like him in episode 3 I think, walking Tohru home from work in his little mouse body. But I really started to really like him in episode 5. Ep 5 have my favorite Yuki scenes.

Kyou, of course, I loved from the first minute he feel through the roof. In cargo pants and a tight black shirt.

Tohru's friends are a hoot... Hana gets especially funny, with her electricity thing scaring the crap out of everyone else. And Uo.

What do you think of Yuki's fan club? ::snicker::

Tohru I liked at first, but used to get annoyed with (I have trouble relating to people who try too hard to please everyone at the expense of themselves; I want to slap them), but always went back to liking. She's such an enthusiastic little spaz, and positively adorable.

I managed to download episodes 1, 2, & 3

You'll like episode 4--- it brings in Tohru's friends more! With many comic hijinks of course.

I feel an urge to warn you now that this series almost made me cry a few times. I've only ev

I feel an urge to warn you now that this series almost made me cry a few times. I've only ever cried for anime once-- but this show made me come close. It gets very emotional in particular places. But in a good way! You'll love. Trust me, you will love even more.

I'm going to try my hardest to get you the eps next week. I urge you not to skip ahead! Since I'm going to give you the set (I won't need the CDs after I compile a DVD which is more space-efficient anyway), you'll get to watch it all in one run that way.
