I randomly watched The L Word the other day. Which makes me probably the only person in this corner of LJ who has watched the lesbian show but not the gay show (QaF).

It was alright. Interesting dialogue, lots of sex. But mostly I was left with this overwhelming impression:

OH MY GOD THEY'RE ALL SO SKINNY.

Then again, everyone on Sex & the City was skinny too.

I think it was all the smoking.

And there's MASSIVE amounts of sex in QAF as well. Almost to the point of 'this is massively uncomfortable to watch'. Well ok, so a lot to that point. But I suppose it has a decent plot to make up for it.
