Wow. It seems like so much when you just list it like that. And yet, I don't feel like I've seen near enough. I crave more.
I'd say for about half of these that are television shows I've seen the entire series. The rest I might have seen only 1 or2 episodes (like Kenshin, Yu-gi-oh), half a season (like Scryed), or 3/4 of all that's out (Inu Yasha, DBZ). If it's a movie up there, I've seen the entire thing. Like X/1999 or Esca, unfortunately. Or Perfect Blue and Spirited Away, happily.

I watched the first 7 minutes of Ghost In The Shell and _knew_ I wouldn't like it.
The two vampire ones I haven't come across the opportunity yet.
