I'm starting a small exercise routine.

In the morning, go around the block. For today, that meant half run, then walk the second half and try not to have a stroke on the way back. I'm that out of shape. In fact, right now my chest is hurting like I've been punched there. And the water I'm drinking is making me want to be sick.

Then, in the evenings, a combination of stretches and sit-ups. I did that last night. Those exercises always leave me feeling better, actually. Much better than running. Probably because it's not aerobic.
