timepiececlockMy mom hates my guts right now. I knocked into and almost knocked over her mirror thing which she's warned me about before several times (which I've never even bumped before, btw). I'm thinking fo cleaning my room to mollify her. And it needs to be done anyway.
I saw the beginning of Buffy-- up to the credits. Then I had to stop. On the first five minutes:
I like Anya. yeah, she was suggesting they kill Spike, but she was doing it from a self-preservation pragmatist POV, not out of any particular antagonism for him, so I'm not bothered. And really, someone needs to be the pragmatist in their club. Nice that we cna count of Anya for it.
I loved the "william the bloody might be back" cut into Andrew's boots as he walks all cool-like, with a Spike-esque jacket. Very funny, and very clever-- ME is teasing its Spike fans. I can appreciate it.
Besides that little thing, I've now come to realize that I hate Andrew. I never liked him much, and he never freaked me out or amused me as much as Warren (although Patrick Swayze luuurve was funny), and he never made me smile like Jonathon. And now I actually dislike him MORE than Warren, because at least Warren had a will of his own, and at least picked picked something and stuck with it. Andrew's everything I hate-- someone who is too weak and stupid to choose thier own way of life, but also weasel-like and just conniving enough that he can do serious damage when controlled by someone better.
Yes, we hate Andrew. It's decided.
And now I just have to wait for everything to settle so I can go watch the OTHER 55 minutes of Buffy.
Did you know that the 'previously on' portion lasted a whole 2 minutes?! I'd rather have a 1-minute 'previously' and the extra minute for Spike time, or Spuffy time, or an Anya joke.
