Date: 2004-09-02 02:43 pm (UTC)My house at school has no cable. Therefore, I am missing a number of shows, and am going crazy! I've tried downloading a few from suprnova.org, but their .avi and my Quicktime software won't play them. Do you know where I can download .mpeg files for bittorrent? If I don't see The Daily Show soon, I swear I'll combust ...

I mostly look at anime torrent sites so they don't usually include daily show torrents; suprnova is the only big multi-purpose one I visit.
I would suggest posting a general plea for help on your journal to see if anyone on your flist knows, and I would also try
Your best bet, though, is to go for some upgrades. Download a media player client that plays avi files, download DivX codecs, and go with it. Most files are done in avi form that I've come across, and finding non-avi forms will be a challenge for you.
