I apparently don't have the right codecs to play the subs for Samurai 7 episodes 11 and 12. Does anyone know what the latest codecs for .avi files are that I might need to find?

if an error message is popping up when you try to play it, enter the error message into google. I've worked through most of my computer problems this way =)

www.vcdhelp.com -- they're a great source for codecs, etc.
