A wicked Kimblee backstory fic: Firsts, by Luc Court


Military march was the surest way to undo Roy Mustang’s arrogance.

A somewhat-Roy/Riza fic that seriously deserves more reviews: Trick of the Light, by Luc Court, with one of my favorite last two lines in FMA fic; so simple and yet so weighted.

I´ve read the last one. I liked it. I´ll be sure to check out the other two (though I don´t read as much FMA fanfic as my love for the manga may lead to believe, I have so many issues with other people´s view of Roy, and i come from fandoms with an astonishing quality of fic and I found I had to look very hard for that kind of stuff in FMA).

In any case I thank you for dedication reccing, I think it´s one of the most honorable and selfless actions in the fan-world. Long live the recs.

I rec stuff frequently, because when I find something I love, I tend to gush about it to everyone in the nearby vicinity.

I've also had difficulty looking for good FMA fic, but at least this fandom isn't as difficult as Fruits Basket. Oh my god, for such an intelligent show, FB seems to have one of the stupidest mass fandoms I've ever seen. 1 in 40 fics I find are worth reading.
