Well, I uploaded two more chapters of Mon Autre Vie, my erstwhile ever-so-slowly-progressing Fruits Basket fic. I liked the way chapter 7 came out but I'm not sure about chapter 8. At first they were gonna be one chapter, but I've been splitting it by scenes so I think I should keep doing that. Anyway, forward is forward and that's where I need to start going.

When writing these chapters I listened to "Miss Misery" by Elliot Smith, "When Doves Cry" by Prince, and on multiple repeat "Your Ghost" by Kristen Hersh.

You're writing Fruits Basket fic! I must have known that but it never registered before because it was just one of those animes a bunch of people on my flist love that I know nothing about. But now I am excited. Even though I can't read it yet because I have only seen 4 episodes and am nor trying to get myself spoiled. And I am not sure when I will be able to read it because the file I dl'ed of episode 5 was bad and Kawy says that episode is Very Important so I'm stuck here, but eventually! I will have fic to read. And feedback to give. Yay!

YOU CANNOT READ THIS FIC UNTIL YOU WATCH THE ENTIRE SERIES. Not to mention, you would be very confused if you did. There's one really big spoiler to FB anime and my fic deals with it. Actually, you shouldn't even browse ff.net--most summaries will spoil you and you don't want to be spoiled.

Episode 5 is very important! It made me squee. Then again the whole show made me squee. And wanna hug things.

I love FB *so* much. And it's so good. It's one of the best anime I've seen---literally in my top 5.
